– Andrew D. Stevenson

Andrew D. Stevenson is a public servant and cultural diplomacy practitioner with longstanding interests in the Americas, public history, and the role of art and culture in connecting communities. His work has focused on the Inter-American system, regional cooperation, democratic institutions, and human rights. Earlier in his career, he served in the OAS General Secretariat as Special Advisor for the Summits of the Americas, supporting regional coordination for the Ninth Summit of the Americas, hosted by the United States. Andrew holds degrees from Haverford College and Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and studied at Pembroke College, Oxford. A native of Central Pennsylvania, he is active in cultural, historical, and civic organizations focused on the American Revolution, public memory, and hemispheric dialogue. Through FAMA, he looks forward to supporting the AMA’s exhibitions, programming, and visibility as a space for artistic exchange across the Americas.
