Giuliana Ahlers

Giuliana Ahlers, is originally from near Managua, Nicaragua, and has lived in the Washington, DC area for the past decade. She currently works at Gartner, partnering with HR heads across Latin America to support their mission-critical priorities. Previously, Ahlers built and led the customer success function at Mathison, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion tech startup. Prior to that, she managed and grew the Latin American territory at the research and advisory firm CEB (now Gartner), working closely with banking executives across Colombia, Mexico, and Panama. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia, where she was involved in TBLA (“Towards a Better Latin America”), a student-run organization that fundraises for social causes and needs in Latin America. Ahlers lives in Virginia with her husband and enjoys using remote work to travel the world.
